The Bio-Longevity Alliance® was built around a question we kept hearing from serious practitioners: where is the field actually defined? Not in marketing, not in venture decks — in the room where peers decide what counts as quality.
Founder 36 is that room. Thirty-six lifetime seats per category, held by practitioners who don’t just join the standard but help write it. The seat is permanent because the work is permanent: defining a discipline takes more than a calendar quarter.
Once a category reaches 36 Founders, it closes. New practitioners can still join through Curated — but the founding cohort is fixed. That’s the point. Authority that can be diluted later isn’t really authority.
This is not a status badge. It is a working group. Founders contribute to the certification standard, vote on new entries, and accept the responsibility of representing what excellence in their category looks like.
